You remember those CRAPPY kick pedals for the original Rock Band? You know the one with the plastic, and not the metal? Well thanks to this, there is now a lawsuit against Harmonix, MTV games, and Viacom. Basically they are going to court under the circumstances that they sell a faulty product that will break under the normal use of the kick pedal. That is the cause of the lawsuit (but mostly it is because they got rid of the permanent warranty, and went back to the sixty day warranty as of October 1st.

There is going to be Lamb of God, the killers, Yngwie Malmsteen (correct if wrong on the last name) and Soundgarden DLC all hitting the Xbox Live Marketplace on Tuesday. Yeah the usual Tuesday DLC! There are going to be two three song track packs which will cost 440 Microsoft Points each (you can always buy the songs individually for 160 Microsoft Points) and three singles (two from Soundgarden, one from Lamb of God) which are going to cost the 160 Microsoft Points (not 80 for the singles? darn)

As of today, Rock Band THE ORIGINAL has been reduced in price by 30 dollars! So now the official price is $140! But Amazon is selling the Rock Band bundle for $120! Which means if you just want to have both Rock Band 1 and 2 but don’t care which game the instruments came from then get this bundle and buy Rock Band 2 separately. I hope you guys are happy about this, we know a lot of people probably are

As of today, the Guitar Hero World Tour Hendrix DLC has been released. This is being sold as a pack costing 440 Microsoft Points (Rock Band competition.) The songs are as follows: “Fire” (live from Woodstock version), “If 6 was 9″ and “Little Wing.” So for all you Jimi Hendrix fans out there… get ready to rock!
